Rusty beat me to it, but the next step in getting this legislation through the hoops of Helena has arrived.  Our version of the “Castle Doctrine” comes before the Senate Judiciary Committee on Tuesday, March 17th at 9am in room 303, having already passed the Montana House by a 60-40 vote.  If you work for a living, might I suggest a note to your favorite legislator to get this thing done.
