If you want to feel thankful, yet gut wrenchingly saddened, then I second James’ suggestion from 2nd Grade Bike Rack to watch this entire series dubbed The Vice Guide to North Korea (video begins on click, language disclaimer if you’re at work). In a culture of self important indulgence, there should be more eyes on those many nations left out there whose standard of living does not necessarily include living. If the rallying cry of collectivism persists, you can bet I won’t be breathing when the dust settles and we’re left with the fruits of such progress.
